How do I trigger a system update? I followed the link to the Micros0ft Answers and found that this issue is extremely common and dates back to ! Yet Microsoft hasn't produced a definitive answer! The initial advice seemed rather complicated - fortunately, I first read through many responses to it, and it appears to cause problems rather than solving the original one. The main recommendation on the second link led me to the conclusion that I should contact the manufacturers before any further attempted solutions.
